“ Sun give us  light , but most of all  give us heat, on a sunny day even with your eyes covered, it is easy to feel
where the sun is ”
 – Christos Drogitis

“Over 40% of the total energy consumed in Europe is used for the generation of heat for either domestic or industrial purposes. The vast majority of this energy is produced through the combustion of fossil fuels such as oil, gas and coal – with an impressive environmental impact in terms of greenhouse gas emissions. “

- European Renewable Energy Council

Solar energy is an abundant source of energy that could effectively be used to  substitute the fossil fuels used in heat driven building applications, if only we could match the “state” of the energy needed  with the collected solar energy. Namely , if only we could collect locally  the solar energy into high temperature thermal energy in a practical, financially feasible and profitable way.

Fresnel lenses, solar tracking and high efficiency concentrated solar energy absorbers,  ensure the efficient collection of solar energy in the form of high quality thermal energy, to be used locally in building high temperature driven applications, giving us a sustainable solution.
